  • Access the Personal Data we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
  • Request correction of any Personal Data that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Request deletion of Personal Data we no longer have a lawful basis to retain.
  • Object to the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, including for direct marketing purposes.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave for us to process your Personal Data, at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your Personal Data has been processed unlawfully. The Information Regulator can be contacted at inforegulator.org.za.

Payments

We do not store or collect your payment card details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, PayFast, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at payfast.co.za/privacy-policy. PayFast adheres to PCI-DSS standards for the secure handling of payment information.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
