Which does not occur often with Nazthetics, however, sometimes blunders or mistakes happen and you may not be fully satisfied with our product. Please repackage the item and please enclose a note stating the reason for the return so we can investigate and ensure the instance does not occur in the future.
Return conditions
Given the nature of the products, all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
- The goods must be unused.
- Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please use a courier, as Nazthetics cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are the responsibility and expense of the customer.
Wrap your return in the same packaging where possible in which you received it, and enclose the packing slip. Returns must go via courier (to-door — no post office returns will be collected or permitted).

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we regrettably reserve the right to return the goods without notice (with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A full refund will be made within 7 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition (excluding delivery).
Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account, or as store credit where applicable. Notice is given that free offers and our postage and packaging costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below any free-offer threshold — the value of free-offer goods will be deducted from any refund due.
A note on free-offer items
To avoid refund deductions, please return any free-offer goods with your return if your order value will drop below the free-offer level. All packages returned to us unclaimed via our couriers will be subject to reshipping charges. Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip.
